Steve Katz Realtor web site launches!

I am excited to launch stevekatzrealtor.com.  It’s been nearly a year in the development and we have a lot of great content and media planned. And, it will serve as a reference site for prospective clients to learn more about me. 
 
My clients refer me because of my transparent approach to realty and my focus on my client's best interests.  My approach is to educate, advise and empower my clients.
 
My marketing approach leverages the At Properties brand (#1 in Chicago realty volume) and is a process based approach to ensure my seller clients get the most eyeballs, showings and offers as quickly as possible.  I have a strong network of agents who I work closely with to access new and off market properties, in addition to those listed on the MLS.
 
2014 realty continues to instill optimism back into to the real estate community.   Good school districts, access to transportation, well designed spaces, move-in ready and well managed associations are dominating my buyer discussions while I encourage my sellers to be laser focused on market time.  Maximizing seller power means minimizing time to sell.   Other trends I am seeing more common are lease back options and home sale contingent offers.  I spend considerable time with each of my sellers preparing market data, sale comparables and metrics which allow us to compare ourselves to other like homes.   Please see my testimonials page to learn more about what my clients say about working with me.
